Infertility is a growing issue these days. You decide to have a baby and it just doesn’t happen and start to scratch your head wondering what you are doing wrong. I want to share with you how I got pregnant after 10 months of trying because I know there are many who have gone through infertility issues and if what I did worked for me, it might work for you too.
After 9 years, my husband and I decided it was time to have another baby. You can catch my blog post http://wholisticallybalanced.com/how-a-positive-mindset-changed-my-marriage/ to get the details on why we waited so long for another child! After 10 months of “trying” it finally happened. After going through and tracing back my steps from those 10 months and looking at all my notes from tracking when I was fertile, not every month was on target but there were quite a few that I should have gotten pregnant. So what changed and how did I finally get pregnant?

The Top Three Things I Did Differently
Well, early on within those 10 months I experienced a chemical pregnancy. For those that might not know what that is, your body thinks its pregnant and you get a very faint positive pregnancy test. Implantation starts to begin then it says “SIKE” just kidding. This is mainly due to low progesterone levels which is one of the key things you need functioning to sustain a pregnancy. So, I got myself on a natural progesterone cream and Vitex (Chaste Tree). Vitex is a wonderful product with so many benefits, one including regulating your estrogen and progesterone levels naturally. If you know you have issues with either of those, I personally would say get on that. Some other symptoms it is good for are..
- Irregular menstrual cycle
*expect to take it for at least 3 cycles before seeing benefits ( for me I noticed sooner) here is the brand I use https://amzn.to/2COWDYL
Another key component that helped me get pregnant was a slight dietary change for me. I’m already a healthy eater and eat clean 80-90 percent of the time but I came across some material that made sense to me and put it into practice. I increased my fruit intake! There is a big misconception about fruit and how you should limit it because of the sugars and in my belief, that just isn’t so. I don’t think God would create apples then say “eat only in moderation”. Fruit is healing and has a LOT of healing benefits. So I incorporated more fruit into my diet.
Lastly, what I think was another factor in helping me get pregnant was reducing the heavy metal load in my body. I’ve already been focusing on a slow and steady detox from toxins and heavy metals since removing my breast implants. You can catch that article here. But I wanted to make sure I was eliminating all that I possibly could and by a few synchronistic situations I stumbled upon using Zeolite. I will soon share more info on this as there’s a LOT to say and many different variations and forms of it. Some are not so good. But essentially, this product is very effective at removing heavy metals from the body. When that happens, your organs can function at its optimal level!
*always check with your doctor or naturopath practitioner before trying any new supplements. What works for my body, not might work for yours.
So there ya go. These tips are how I really think I got pregnant. I know diet and stress are just as important so just eating a bunch of fruit on top of a poor diet isn’t gonna give you the results you want. I’d love to work with you one on one to declutter what isn’t serving you in your life that could potentially be causing infertility issues. Drop me a comment if you have any questions!
