Health and wellness hasn’t always been a passion of mine. Even as a young adult I hated anything healthy and thought Sprite and Kitkats for lunch every day was acceptable. Over the years I have had major breakthroughs and holistic living now runs deep in my veins. I see the benefits mentally, physically, and emotionally. I’ve healed my own body of inflammation, reversed hypothyroidism naturally, healed and maintain adrenal fatigue, as well as healed my body of food sensitivities and gut issues. It’s such a huge passion of mine that I got certified to become an integrative holistic health coach to help teach and train others to be empowered to live their lives intentionally. After that I also received my yoga certification to teach. Through that training more breakthroughs happened and I learned more than just how to properly get into a yoga pose. It was during this time I learned how to truly heal and repair my struggling marriage. I now have the tools and training to be able to help guide people not only what to feed their bodies but minds as well. Its not only physical but a mental and spiritual journey as well that can truly make you happy and healthy from the inside out. It takes all three working in perfect balance to sustain healthy living through life’s toughest challenges and temptations. This is an incredible journey of self discovery and I’m excited to be on it with each of you.
